Cultivations

Our cultivation techniques incorporate a combination of minimal tillage & Ploughing. 

Both operations are done using RTK guidance for precision and accuracy, using our own base station based at Mount Farm.

Our minimum tillage plan is done with a Challenger 765D and Horsch Terrano 4.4MT, using a selection of points, varying from ultra low disturbance to a high disturbance mulch point.

Our 7 Furrow, vary width, on land or in furrow Lemkin Jewel 8 Plough allows us rotationally plough for spring cropping to help control black grass and improve soil structure. Pulled with either a Fendt 828 or Challenger 765D.
